“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.” Psalm 91:11-12

Your prophecy angels are dispatched in your life to multiply your seed. Your angels are waiting in the wings to be invoked in your life. But you have to be aware that your angels even exist. Sometimes we provoke our angels, which hinder them from preparing us to dwell and enjoy the place that God ordained for our lives. Your angel will not pardon your transgressions. Therefore, whenever there is a word that is not fulfilling itself in your life, don’t look at the prophet and say, “The prophet missed it.” Examine your life and say, “Where am I missing it? What part am I missing that is keeping me from the promise? Where have I provoked my angels?”

Your angels have charge over you. When you understand that your angels have charge over you, you will begin to recognize that your angels are ready to work for you, in you and through you.

Angels are spirit beings. They have their own rules of engagement and operate according to God’s divine plan. Because of their mysterious and complex nature, people often misunderstand their purpose and importance in their lives. There is a spiritual hierarchy that has been established in scripture for celestial beings, a hierarchy that is followed throughout the Old and New Testaments. The first tier serves as heavenly counselors – Cherubim, Seraphim and Thrones; the second tier serves as heavenly governors – Dominions, Virtues and Powers; and the third tier serves as heavenly messengers – Principalities, Angels and Archangels.

The Seraphim, the highest of the order in heaven, surround the throne of God, worshipping and declaring the glory of God, crying, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts.” (Isaiah 6:2-3).

The Cherubim are known as the guardians of light and the stars. The prophet Ezekiel saw four cherubim, described as having four faces and four wings. The cherubim cover the throne or the glory of God. (Ezekiel 1:10-11).

The Thrones are the judiciary angels who administer divine judgment and ensure that God’s truth is imparted to those who need the truth of God in their lives. (Colossians 1:16) The Dominions integrate the spiritual and the material worlds and determine cosmic responsibility. (Colossians 1:16) The Virtues are known to emanate divine energy into the universe and usher in the presence of miracles, signs and wonders of God.

16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. Colossians 1:16

The Powers bear the conscience of all humanity and help to cast out evil thoughts and deeds of people. The Principalities are the guardian angels of large groups. Nations and races are entrusted to them. The Archangels are the voices of good news. (Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel).

The Angels are closest to humanity and are most concerned with the affairs of humans. Angels are humble, because they do what they are told. Yet angels have enormous responsibility for interacting between God and mankind. Guardian angels are included in this category.
